Under the impulse and the inspiring leadership of Mr Peter Dhulster, the group VIVES Ostend collaborates with SOLFA . With the logistic and financial support of Mr. Frans Delepierre and the firm Packo in Zedelgem we look for affordable solutions for problems in our soja enterprise. A bachelor student in electro-mechanics worked on the development of drying system for our soje-paste that we obtain after the extraction of the milk. Even under a Congolese sun the drying takes too long because of the high ambient humidity causing decay of the paste and make grounding into flour impossible. Samuel has designed his SAMSOY, a simple and user-friendly device.
